The House and Senate are wrapping up work for the week this morning.
The Senate is expected to finish the week with passage of H.J.Res.75, Energy Conservation Standards for Commercial Refrigerators, Freezers, and Refrigerator-Freezers CRA as well as passage of S.J.Res.31, Major Sources CRA. The Senate will then take up a motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #60, Frank Bisignano, of New Jersey, to be Commissioner of Social Security Administration for the term expiring January 19, 2031.
The House is in session and voting to overturn two Biden-era energy and fish and wildlife rules at 9:50 A.M, H.J. Res. 78 and H.J. Res. 88 before wrapping up the week.
